Chiemgau Camping in Seebruck

Wonderful and cozy place to camp, whether caravan / mobile or tent. Right on the Chiemsee with its own boat rental, very nice operators, very clean sanitary facilities, delicious kiosk with good food and nice service and just a place to relax. This is how we imagined camping with a view of the mountains. Will definitely be back!

You can eat really well there. Small menu with common simple dishes. The staff very attentive ...

Nice campsite, however, located directly on the main road. The groundskeeper was friendly and could even help out with a cable adapter (for a fee). There was enough space and the view was wonderful. The showers took some getting used to as the windows were all tilted and could not be closed. But definitely recommended .....

Great view of the Chiemsee, especially on the private jetty! It is definitely worth a visit, but the tent meadow was very packed and there is little space and peace. In addition, the sanitary facilities are not completely clean. Therefore only 3 stars.

We reserved a spot a little over a week in advance paid the 50 euro deposit. Drive there from Italy. Just to see they didn't even save us a spot large enough for our tent. They said we could squeeze between campers. I was expecting actual lots like most camping areas. Beautiful spot though. Parking could be bigger. Would definitely go if I had a camper instead of a tent. At least we got 40/50 euro back for wasting our time.

Have recently been to the site for a few days and can only advise against spending your vacation there: The map on the homepage may look nice in theory; In practice, however, all guests are criss-crossed on the unkempt space and sometimes there is hardly any space in front of the mobile homes / campers. The sanitary facilities are only cleaned once a day in the morning and are accordingly very dirty in the morning and in the evening. Soap was not available for two days - it took some time to replenish; The paper towels also ran out in the evening. - And that in times of Corona. Overall, the campsite makes an unkempt impression. The snack that is operated on the campsite should be positively emphasized - but according to an employee it is independent of the campsite and is operated independently there. Anything else would have surprised me too.

Small, manageable campsite. Located directly on the lake. Direct access to the Chiemsee circular route by bike. Bus stop only a few meters away.

Positive: Great view of the lake, good swimming opportunities. Partial shade from trees. Cons: Very noisy on a busy street. Parking spaces sometimes very muddy and hardly accessible. Super unfriendly groundskeeper. Lots of mosquitos.

Tent meadow is a narrow strip between the caravans. So tight that you have zero privacy. Whoever wants a place on the bank has to pay 3 euros more and has a bush between the tent and the lake. It's loud too.

Never again, unfortunately the dog is not allowed to go there, is only tolerated and also costs money. If you go out with the dog, you have to be careful that the dog and herli are not run over by the cyclists. We were squeezed together in the square, there are no parcels. The sanitary facilities are totally overcrowded because it is too small for the size and the inflow from the outside. The cars had to be parked outside as there was no more space due to the narrow space. The question arises, how is that insured? The adjacent main road is too loud, goes right past the campsite and you have the feeling of a race track. It's a shame because we were looking forward to this vacation.

Were there 2 nights last week, called on the way to see if something was still available and they said we would only have to stand on another parking space after one night, where the first one was already mini, we could just extend our awning ? saw the other parking space We only came in the evening and he was a cheeky squeeze in between and a water point right in front of it, it felt like 100 people were walking there to fetch water, couldn't extend an awning and then spent the evening in our Womo ? the only good thing on the site was the nice one Service at the kiosk / snack ?

My experience is based on today (08/29/20) Very softened ground, no possibility to get the 6 meter flat, too expensive, too extensive for the electricity and water supply Information very nice but didn't stay there due to the soil The operator should be said ... We were at the campsite a few days ago. It has a great view of the Chiemsee, the panorama is great, but that's almost everything. We had a caravan space with an awning and no less than 5cm of space to the awning to our neighbors. The space was far too small, you felt squeezed in and squeezed. And so there was no feeling of relaxation for us. We had the feeling that it was all about the money and every inch had to be exploited. The sanitary facilities are outdated and not really clean. The lady at the registration desk was very nice, the groundskeeper was very arrogant! The noisy street doesn't make the stay any more pleasant either. We won't be back.

We stayed at the campsite for 14 days in August and can only report positive things. Registration and staff very friendly and coming first. (Small but nice). The sanitary facilities were also clean. Also in the restaurant the staff was very friendly and the food was good. We would love to come back.

A very nice place with a great view of the Alps. Right on the water. Location and surroundings are beautiful. The kiosk is also great. With hot meals until 9 p.m. and drinks until 10 p.m. You can also swim in the lake. We were there with the tent. When it rained, the tent meadow was pretty much under. But is also the only point of criticism.

Nice little place with an incredibly wonderful view! Despite the summer vacation you don't feel overcrowded. The sanitary facilities are spartan but sufficient. Staff is friendly. Gastronomy or small beer garden is good. Is a bit out of the way, but the next place is by bike in 10min. To reach.

Very nice and friendly reception and care. Ideal for camping because you are right on the water. Would love to come back. Oh yes, HSV fans are also welcome ?

Except for the street noise parallel to the spot, everything seems pretty chilled out. They are managing the corona situation pretty decently as well. Has a nice restaurant for swimming spot.

We were there for the second time within 8 weeks there was a risk of flooding but we made the best of it we think the small manageable space is great prices are okay the boss is very friendly and tries to respond to the guest We will definitely come back were completely satisfied

We were only there for a few days but it was very relaxing. Quiet place, beautiful plots, clean sanitary facilities and the possibility to eat is given at the beach cafe also. By the way, very good food. We had a place right on the beach and thus a wonderful view of the lake and the mountains. For families with children rather not suitable because there are no possibilities for playing. And I think the prices are in order for the location on Lake Chiemsee. Also, I can only describe the staff as polite and accommodating.

Very crowded, not very good services, car must be left outside when having a tent etc.

Very nice, with awesome view to the lake and the hills on the other side. Very friendly, also as it is not a huge one. In high season a must reserve place. However, I have seen several last minute "we solve it". I told you, a friendly place. ;-)

Again in Lambach. Small, fine, comfortable in the midst of nature on Lake Chiemsee. At the place everything was there, clean, well maintained, great restaurant with very good kitchen and friendly staff. Reception at the front desk extremely friendly, very courteous, just warm. Great place, highly recommended. Ideal to relax and recover.
